Cancellation, no show, and reschedule policy

To secure an appointment at Revolution Salon we require a credit card on file. By scheduling an appointment you are agreeing to our Cancellation, no show, and reschedule Policy.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen and you may need to cancel or change an appointment with us.
In order to respect the time of both our guests and our team, we kindly ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule no less than 24hrs prior to the reservation.

​This allows us ample time to fill the reservation should you need to cancel/reschedule your service. Appointments that are canceled / rescheduled less than 24hrs prior to the start of your service including no shows, will result in a charge of 75% of the cost of service/services you are reserved for. The fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file that was used to secure your reservation.

Due to the length of service we must book out, services that are based on hourly rate ie. creative, corrective or bleach and tones must be canceled or changed 4 days before the service. 75% of the quoted price will be charged on credit card on file.

Retail refund policy

If you are not satisfied with a retail item we are happy to refund or exchange it up to 14 days of initial purchase. All hot tools and hair accessories ie. irons, blow dryers brushes etc. are final sale and can not be returned. Please register your hot tool with manufacturers and contact the manufacturer for any warranty issues.

Recheck / Re-do

We want you to love your hair and we make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Revolution Salon. In the event that you are not satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.

All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service (re-do) free of charge.

The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction.  Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date.

Children

Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an additional adult if you are receiving service and must stay in the reception area.

If child under the age of 10 is receiving service they must be accompanied by an adult during the entirety of the service.

Right to refuse service

Revolution Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone:

Demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our team or other guests.

Who is wanting a color service and we know that it will cause damage or we can not get them to the desired color.

Demonstrating any cold, flu, covid or contagious symptoms (Please call us as soon as you feel sick to reschedule your appointment).

Pricing and Timing of Service

Pricing varies from Stylist to Stylist and is based on experience, education, time and for color services this also includes amount of color needed for service. All of our prices listed are a base price and may be increase based on desired outcome. If hair is thicker, longer or your are looking for a drastic change ie. dark to light or vice versa prices and time may increase. If timing is increased due to services that need to be done to achieve desired look your stylist may have to reschedule you and there may be a rescheduling fee incurred. If you think the above mentioned may be the case with your hair please call the salon to speak with a Front Desk Coordinator to schedule a consultation prior to scheduling a service. 612-284-8222

Late

We try our very best to run on time, but unfortunately hair and working with people is not a perfect science. Much like doctors appt. some guests may require a bit more time or they may have been a few min. late and as you can imagine, it can have a bit of a snowball effect as we get later into the day. We kindly ask you to arrive on time for your appointment and give yourself wiggle room on both ends of the service. If you want to make sure you Stylist is on time please pre-book the first appointment slot of the day (10 am).

Masking

Wearing a mask is completely optional for any persons inside Revolution Salon at this time. If you would like your stylist to wear a mask they are more than happy to do so, simply let the Front Desk Coordinator know when you check in.
