Graham has been doing hair for over a decade, beginning his training at the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis before joining Revolution Salon through its intensive year long apprenticeship program. He is now a senior stylist and educator at the salon, passionate about mentoring new talent and elevating the client experience.

Throughout his career, Graham has worked alongside members of the R+Co Collective and a variety of leaders in the industry, which has shaped his refined yet approachable style. He specializes in lived-in looks, whether cutting or coloring— focusing on enhancing each guest’s natural beauty and unique features. From sculpted short haircuts to soft, sun kissed color, Graham’s work is grounded in technical precision and an artistic eye.

Fun Fact about Graham:

Outside the salon, you’ll often find him hanging with his dog Arlo, his niece and nephew, or traveling to catch up with friends around the country. He also curates a local music event series that blends design, connection, and good energy.
